headers? fuel rails?

Post headers? fuel rails?
i have my scooby modded with an u/p, d/p,catback exhaust with one high flow cat, boost controller, intake , egt and boost guages, injectors, new fuel pump and management system... how would exhaust headers help me? what about new perrin fuel rails?

Car Info: want a WRX
headers would give 5-15 hp and fuel rails will make sure cyl # 3 does not lean out, which is a problem w/ stock fuel rails + mods.
