headers
I have the Gt Spec II headers. They are equal length and the price is about $500 bucks which isn't bad and up-pipe is included. I'm not all that happy with the sound though cause I took out all of my cats. For the money its a good header.

Almost any header will change the sound of your car. To keep the rumble, you need to get an unequal length header as mentioned but the sound will still change no matter what.
A friend of mine isntalled the gruppe -s headers. They change the sound (he thinks them make the rumble a little deeper, I think it made the rumble a little higher) although not that much. Butt dyno says it's about the same power.
is gruppe-s equal or un-equal length? from their pics I cannot tell. I have a vishnu stage 2 but I want more power (closer to 285whp, previous owner dynoed a little over 250)

Performance wise, I've read that equal length headers are better, but on the other hand, the boxer sound is what keeps us differentiated from any other average import on the road. Is there a big power difference between equal length and unequal length?
