Ok from all the research I have done here it is.....
(Note: they are listed in purchase order)
My car in it's current state:
2004 WRX
Buschur Racing 3" Cat-Back
Intake silencer delete
STi Short Shifter
Steps:
(drumroll please)
1- 3" Helix DP
2- Cobb AccessPort (93 octane map, I do have access to 93 octane here in DC)
-Helix Uppipe-
3- VF34 Package - STi pink injectors, Walboro intake fuel pump, and gaskets (from Gruppe-S)
4- Download VF34 91(security) or 93 Octane map from Cobb Tuning
at Step 2: 285hp (est)
at Step 4: 320hp (est)
Does this seem like a good direction I should head in the next up coming months?
Questions & comments are greatly appreciated.

Looks like a nice setup, similar to what i have. Like the members before recomended, i would also recomend an uppipe especially if you are gonna upgrade the turbo. You might also want to look at maybe getting Ecutek as anohter option of tunning if you have a local dealer in the area. I personally like to get my car dynoed tuned and road tuned after the base map for safety and the extra little horse power. With Cobb you cant get any extra tunning other than the base map, but i know a couple of Cobb users and they are happy with their maps.
