Ready to begin the upgrade path

My 04' wrx is broken in and running beautifully. After reading these forums I have almost decided to go with a Vishnu Turbo back exhaust. Can anyone comment on this choice. I am interested in some better initial throttle response but I don't want excessive noise. Do I need a specialized shop to do the installation. I am a newbie so forgive my ignorance.

I went to Vishnu and they re-flashed my ECU. While there I saw a huge pile of exhaust pieces, down-pipes, mufflers ect. The craftsmanship was near perfect. Great choice if you can afford it. There are other turbo backs that perform just as well for less $$

I have heard sound bites of the system and it growls nicely. I wouldnt call it excessive. But someone might if they compared it to the stock setup.

turbo back exhaust system its not that hard to install.

could you tell me what exhaust systems you are refering to. The goal here is to unleash a little more take-off thrust. I don't want it to sound too much louder than stock.
