Gas Pedal Vibration

Last week I was putting in my TurboXS race pipe (replaces the high flow cat), and I noticed that my exhaust mount had broke. I am talking about the bracket that comes off the back of the transmission to the exhaust, to secure it from moving side to side.

I started noticing the vibration a week before I discovered the broken exhaust mount. I have had a noticeable gas pedal vibration after the car gets over 4k rpms.

Does anyone think it could be the exhaust causing the vibration? What else could it be? Broken motor mount? Please respond. Need suggestions.

From: Flying on the H1 w/ 75 psi of compression on all 4 cyl

Car Info: PnP VF30 w/ STi injectors Perrin intake walbro fuel pump w/ a TXS TBE

maybe for know just replace that bracket and then see what happens hope thats all it is good luck

gas pedal vibration

I just had my clutch replaced as well as an up pipe installed at the same time. after i got my car back I really noticed the gas (and brake) pedal vibrating a LOT more than it used to. I can really feel the engine like im standing right on it. My guess its from the clutch install but what could the dealer have done to make it vibrate so much. Im not sure if its good or bad, a little concerned tho.

any one else experience this?
