Fuel Rail
I've read about problems with the 3rd injector (i think) not getting as much fuel as the rest of the injectors due to the stock fuel rail. My question it can I upgrade my fuel rails (perrin) and keep everything else stock? If not what else should I get? All i'm doing to the car is a turbo back exhaust, uppipe, and a few other minor mods.

you can upgrade the fuel rails, however. most fuel rail systems get sooo much more fuel to the injectors, that the car would run pig rich. you will need to atleast run a fuel pressure regulator other then the stock one so you can get the correct mixture.
if you are not going to turn up the boost at all, then dont even worry about the fuel rails.

No. You just need to upgrade your fuel delivery method. The WRX (and most all subarus as far as i can recall) run in serial; that is: from the filter down to the rail on the drivers side, then over to the rail on the passenger side, out thru the regulator then back to the tank.
The main benefit of the perrin rails is not that they flow more fuel, but that they change the flow pattern to parallel. from the filter to both rails, back to your regulator, then on to your tank. You can do this yourself with some spare weekend time, some fuel line, and some know-how.
The stock fuel rails flow plenty. So much in fact, that the easy-street WRX uses a modified stock rails.
