The problem happened three time. The first time was when I was pulling out of my parking spot. I go to start the car and it would stutter and then die. It did this for a while and then finally started. Thinking it needed a tune-up I had the fuel filter and plugs replaced and all was well.
Today at a red light, same events, the car would crank but would not turn over. It eventually started and drove fine. Any ideals?

I believe that may well be the case. Is there a problem with running a larger fuel pump with stock injectors?
