Flattering Sound (from BOV??)

Flattering Sound (from BOV??)
I would like to know if its normal to have a "flattering sound" on ur engine (not sure where) after installing a BOV?
I just installed a BOV and i do have a stock set up. I was wondering if this is normal, and if i should be concern about mechanical problem...
