fixed CEL losing power
I just fixed my CEL with the mechanical fix.
I'm not sure if its just me or if I am losing boost.
it feels like my car is loud but its not going anywhere. kinda feels like a fuel cut off.
anyone else experiencing this?
or am I trippin?

If you haven't already done so, reset the ECU by disconnecting the negative battery cable, securing the cable safely out of the way, then stepping on the brake pedal several times to discharge the electrical system, then replace the battery cable.
Are you referring to the mechanical CEL fix using the screw-in sensor extension? That shouldn't cause a power loss. You are still getting about 14 lbs of boost so your boost control solenoid appears to be functioning.

Thank you. Maybe i'm just trippin. I have disconnected the battery cable to turn off my CEL but I did not step on the brake, should I do it again, will that help? and yes I'm talking about the screw-in sensor extension.
Thanks again.
