Hi guys, I own a 02 WRX. I have about $1k to burn. Wondering what mods to buy for the car. Currently, my car is stock, aside from a catback exhaust and a hole in the muffler ..lol(bought the car with the catback on there). I was wondering if I should go ahead and replace the whole exhaust or just the muffler? Also, I'm looking to get up-pipe and a downpipe. Which ones would you all recommend?

you'll prolly have 500 left, use that for cleaning products because your car wanna look good too.

whatz XPT stage 2, is it like cobb ap? Doesnt cobb ap reflashes the map too? sorry if i sound like a noob..jus curious

vietpunk... u said ERZ, will it be loud? i want it to have that beefy sound, but also look sleeper, people are telling me to get invidia but its ALOT! and i wanna get uppipe downpipe (that sounds beefy and exhaust that looks stock) orderd the XPT stage 2 (ty btw didnt even know it existed) what should i get next? because i can order the ERZ uppipe n downpipe for 200 (should i get?) please email me if its faster coryjespersen3@yahoo.com

Cobb AP and an up-pipe. and you might be able to find a nice used exhaust too if you keep looking on forums. Try something with a dual tip if you want to stay looking stock. Perrin makes one and so do a few other companies. I have the single tip Perrin and I love it.

 

will get most of my power from the uppipe? will the erz uppipe be good? or na

 

ERZ is the cheapest route to go in terms of pricing...how does it sound? Well there are video clips on youtube.
