Exhaust question...
I installed a HKS Hi-Power catbak exhaust system in my 05 WRX.
My question is that i notice i have a small gap from teh stock cat and teh end piping from teh exhaust. I can feel heat ecaping... Will this cause future problems?Am i losing power? Any solutions would b appriciated....
im still a noob to teh whole wrx thing so ya =/

you will want to fix your exhaust leaks. its at the flange right? tighten the bolts a little more. you should be able to close that gap. if that doesn't work you may have to replace the gasket and try putting the piping together again. short term you will be able to drive. i recommend getting this fixed very soon though

are both of the flanges flush or does one have a lip on the inside. if the bolts are as tight as you can get em then you will have to re-align the exhaust. you will (almost guaranteed) have to get a new gasket cuz one side is probably crushed and it won't seat right after you realign it.
