Does the GrimmSpeed 38mm ewg vent back to the pipe. If so will this pass smog in California?

No.. And to save time - absolutely no EWG will pass smog period ever no matter what end of story. (Unless they don't see it)

Well - that is a lie.. If its part of a "turbo kit" that someone paid for an EO for then yes..
(And I say "turbo kit" as they are about the only items that are expensive enough to be worth the investment of an EO)

But for any EWG "kit" - Nope.. none.. Regardless if they are vented or plumbed back in..
