You can try to modify the stock heat shield or purchase an aftermarket heatshield. Speedmonkee has one and so do Cusco.
I am currently running the helix downpipe without a heatshield, but I will be getting a speedmonkee heatshield in the next few fews or so.

if you want to keep the stock one, you're going to need to do some cutting with some tin snips.
if not, like greddy has stated, speedmonkee has one and so does cusco. check out the speedmonkee heatshield, they have an awesome design with a chimney.

i have the Cusco shield, and i love it. it doesn't really stand out in the engine bay, but looks cleanly executed and functional. its easier than hell to install, and works well. for $65 its pretty hard to beat.

just make sure to move the hose that come out of the fire wall out of the way. after installing my helix DP i forgot to move it out of the way and i got a slight burnt rubber smell in my car for a few days.
