The PDE uses the stock donut gasket and fits fine with the Borla.

The new Cobb downpipe also fits the stock/Borla flange.
I actually have the same situation. However, I've already purchased the Helix downpipe. I'm going to have to have a muffler shop weld a flat flange to the end of my Borla cat-back.

Hi. I'm currently running Borla Hush with Helix DP. I got the Borla hush since I couldn't bear the sound of my old Vishnu catless sig. series exhaust. I have a wagon so I think that makes it worse.

Anyway, I found out the Hush isn't so hush when running catless (Helix DP has no cats), although it is better than my old Vishnu setup. I'm now planning on getting the catted DP and 3rd cat eliminator from Daddy's SCP (http://www.daddysscp.com). The 3rd cat eliminator is basically a fake cat, which I'm hoping will pass my smog visual later. It actually uses a stock-like donut gasket, so it should fit well with the hush. I don't like having the hush mate with Helix (my current setup) since there's no flex joint to relieve the stress. Not to mention if you want a true 3in turbo back, you need to fabricate your own slip joint.
Just my 2c.
