The Perrin eleminates BOTH cats!
(So does the Catless version)

It bolts right up to the resonator pipe.

I'm sure it's not -only- the downpipe that causes my CeL warnings. I only have one high flow cat, if you can call it that, I'm not fully convinced it's a catalyst. :P High boost, fuel management, and I've probably burned this set of O2 sensors up, since I run fuel mixtures of 94 to 108 the majority of the time.

But I'm sure the downpipe helps the cel come easier
