i broke two bolts tooo.... so i went out and got the right nuts to fit on the bolts that were still sticking out of the housing and used em, as far as size im not sure, bring one to autozone or wherever and match em up

ive had no leaks yet, but i am getting it fixed with the right bolts

I'm not sure of the exact size, but I know that the rest of the stock exhaust has at least one or two more of the exact same nuts and bolts holding it on. If you're just planning on trashing your stock pipe you could salvage the nuts & bolts. I had a similar problem with a stripped nut and just replaced it with one from the stock exhaust. Good luck.

at least you stripped the stud only. my buddy stripped the thread on the turbo when i was installing the uppipe. i brought it to the dealer to fix, nope cant work. only way is for them to make new threads or replace the turbo. so im running on 4 studs instead of 5. so far im not leaking.

well good luck with that.

after 4 hours..i too have similar woes =(

The nut at this point is completely stripped and refuses to budge. Is there any other option besides cutting the nut off?

they have special tools called a nut extractor. kinda looks like a socket for a 3/8" drive ratchet. pretty sure you can get them at home depot, ace hardware. maybe autozone and pep boys.
