I live in New Jersey. I heard from severla people that you can legally remove one of the cats. Does anyone know which one I can take off?

im not exactly too sure, but it might be the precat. im not even sure if its legal to remove any kind of cat. but removing the precat is a good thing anyhow. it flows better, and itll prevent any crud from going into the turbo.
