Carb Bov?
Does anyone make a CARB legal (with EO #) BOV for the 02 WRX. I can't find one and don't want to deal with somg legality.

There isn't a CARB-legal BOV and there won't be one. Any atmospheric BOV or adjustable BOV will vent some of the metered air to the atmosphere, which can upset MAF sensor readings and fuel calibration. For this reason, I don't believe any valve other than a non-venting compressor bypass valve like the factory one can obtain a CARB Exemption Order number.
