Car wont start

Car wont start
Hey i took my engine out today to change a clutch disc...put it baq in started that car it was idling for about 5 mins then shut off.....the fuel pump isnt comin on....the cel isnt comin on the battery, seatbelt and handbrake lights are on in the dash even with the key out and also the temperature gauge is all the way up until i turn the ignition to on then it normalizes.....what could be the problem ?
