burning smell after CBE install

burning smell after CBE install
UPDATED
I have white smoke coming from the turbo. Its not too terribly much, but definitely present. I just drove it for 15 minutes and never boosted once. Popped the hood and no smoke. Then did a quick pull up and down my street come back and there was a little white smoke coming from the turbo.
This problem arised the key turn right after I installed my perrin CBE. I am still on the stock tune.
