built 02 ej20 capability?

Thinking of building my ej20 but I'd like to know will it be worth it. How much can this block actually handle on a daily beating? safely? How much boost?

Goal is to run 21-29psi hard.........DAILY

Contact the guys at S&S Autoconcepts. They have a built EJ20 that's been running at low 11's in the Drag events. They are what you call radicals!! They are a vendor here I-Club.

Depends on what turbo you want to use. Depends also on how deep you want to go. You can do sleeving and close decking which can make your block handle boost pressure really well. Daily drive though I would suggest the 2.5 because of the torqueir nature of this engine. Excellent for daily driving and less lag if you want to upgrade your turbo to run that psi.
