Breaking into the 11s

How do I determine what I need to break into the 11s??

I'm looking for a setup that's still streetable and has a good amount of torque throughout the rev range so it's good for AutoX.
I haven't ran it at a drag yet ... gotta fix 2 problems before I go out. How much will running it help me figure out what I need??

Current Mods:
STi 2.5L Block (2.0 heads so no active valve control )
JDM STi 6-MT (3.9 ratio front & rear)
APS CAI
APS Turbo Inlet Tube
APS TMIC
ECUtek Tune (252 HP & 260 ft/lbs at the wheels)
VF34 (Undersized for this block, what's a quick spooling good turbo to swap in?)
STi Pink injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Vishnu Signature 3" Turbo Back (w/ cat)
TGV Deletes

Thanks all

this may give you a rough estimate of what you can do. or course it depends on the driver, weather, track conditions, etc. youre gonna need more than 252 whp to break 12s. as far as turbo size, youre gonna autox? or drag?
