Borla Cat-Back and Subaru Rear Differential Protector?

Does anyone know if the Subaru Rear Differential Protector will fit if I have a Borla Cat-Back installed? Are there fitment problems with the protector and any other cat-backs?
Thanks.

In my case, the answer was no. You could (barely) get it all to bolt on, but the exhaust was resting on the differential protector.

Was there rubbing/noise issues? I just don't want there to be any rubbing/noise problems.
Thanks.

EXLRATE,

Thanks for the tip. Did you use steel or aluminum or what? Also, what gauge?
