Perrin Intake: how to clean or replace

hi, i got a Perrin short ram intake, it had been used for a while, do i need to clean it or do i need to replace it with a new filter??

Car Info: 2003 WRX

Unless it's very obviously dirty, you don't need to do anything. If it is, use an air compressor to blow it out from the inside.
