Boost Problem...even did a recheck too

The doesn't boost to 15-18psi anymore and stays around 8psi or .06mpa I notice there is a little oil in the top mount and seems to be a little around the gasket area of the exhaust manifold from the block. The turbo spools, spins freely with no shaft play. It started when my inlet ripped but I replaced it with a gimmick and nows there's no idle problem but there's full boost problems...The boost gauge also moves when I move the steering wheel from left to right. I have no idea what it could be or where to check cause I already made sure no vacuum lines were popped off. Where should I look?

MODS:
VF48 Turbo
STi TMIC
STi Dark Blue Injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
Helix Catted DP
Helix UEL header + uppipe
RS*R Exhaust
Gimmick Motor Sports Turbo Inlet
K&N Drop In
COBB Accessport V2
And FLi Dyno tune

sure you didnt install a vacume line in a wrong spot? and where do you route ur boost gauge from? i cut my line from the stock bypass valve and used a T fitting and pinch clamps, and the a dual oil catch can would solve the oil in the intercooler problem. pretty cheap mod and looks good too. helps by seperating the air and oil and keeps the oil in the can! be sure to check it every 3k miles or so.

well, the power steering is ran off the crank, so when you turn the wheel the engine kicks the rpms up a lil bit, when the rpms go up you move from -psi twords +psi. ( not saying it would make you go into + boost) so there is obviously a problem, it shouldn't affect vacuum that much to make your gauge move, but it is. and seeing how you just installed something that connects to the turbo i would say check them turbo vacuum lines. find a diagram of the lines and witch one goes where because something obviously went wrong and its affecting the turbo boost and - vacuum. seems like your now running wastegate pressure witch is usually 6-8 psi or so. im no expert but im going off of cause and effect.
