a new perrin uppipe....aka where its the cheapest and maybe comes with gaskets....also I have been trying to figure it out but im not 100% sure what a cel fix does or how one works and all that i know a cel fix makes it so your check engine light doesnt come on but im not sure how it does that if y'all could let me know i would appreciate it........thanks

Best place to buy would probably be www.rallitek.com talk to Sean and tell him Joel sent you, he'll probably give you a great deal. The CEL fix included is a resistor that plugs in to the harness.
