Bad PCV Valve Symptoms
On monday swapped to a catless testpipe and did an oil change...
All of a sudden when I idle for 30seconds or more I get a small puff of smoke out the tail pipe and it smells like burning oil. There is no smoke whatsoever at WOT. I just can't see an issue like this just HAPPENING.

Reason why I probably can rule out turbo seals is because if it was doing it before.... the catted to catless shouldn't change oil leak symptoms.

Doesnt sound related to the downpipe at all. I'd rule that out and pull off the intercooler to see if you have excessive oil in the manifold or intercooler.

Okay just did a few things
Normal amounts of blow by in the intake, intercooler and cold side of the turbo.
Checked the PCV valve, it still click clacks.
Checked most of the evap lines looks fine.
Checked out the catted section of the downpipe that was removed on Monday, no signs of oils AT ALL.
Here's my conclusion.... either its......
My mix of e85 and 91 that I have been using to achieve 93 octane and just never saw the smoke before and the smell of being catless made me look, maybe it condensating who knows. I can't really distinguish the smell but I feel like there's oil in the raw fuel smell.
Hotside of the turbo is starting to go?
Crank case pressure seemed fine with oil cap removed and motor running.
Car runs perfectly fine so....... I really don't know.

Did you check the intake?
The PCV feeds to the intake. If the PCV is an issue and it's stuck open, and you get a lot of blow-by, oil will feed into the intake. From there it will go into the engine and burn.
If there isn't any oil in the intake it is NOT the PCV valve.

PCV is ruled out.
Aaron's suggestion was Valve Stem Seals.

valve stem seals will leak under load (accel) piston rings will leak under idle.
edit: i just saw u said it wasnt rings. have u done compression and leakdown test? i personally think its the rings from my personal experience. but im not here to ttell u im right and ur wrong. just throwin out possible ideas.
