Hello how do i set my A/f ratios. I dont know what to do i got my wires all hooked up to the ecu and the harness to the ignition wires what do i need to do.

Try the 4 h 2 setting then run about a 13.4 after this setting watch it and adjust it as necessary. It is only there to actually say your running rich, lean, or perfect.
