Apexi cat-back does not bolt on to megan downpipe HELP!

So i bought the car with an apexi TBE (catted apexi downpipe). i just got a catless megan dp today and it does not bolt up to the apexi cat-back. the dp seemed to be too long but 1.5 inches and the angle of the flange was wrong.

so i looked under nicks bugeye the downpipe is how it should be (megan downpipe is correct). i double checked under blakes bugeye just to make sure (megan downpipe was correct again).

so my question is
is there a way to make the two connect? or am i better off just buying a new cat-back

Input and thoughts please.

sry for the long post

Catback might be a JDM unit and hence will not fit USDM-spec dps. Any exhaust shop should be able to cut it to fit for a few dozen dollars.

You're very welcome.
I'm running the Greddy Ti-C myself, but just off the stock dp for now. Sound gets pretty nice and mellow after break-in, but still deep. Seems like it got a lot quieter... or did I just get used to it?
