help, just got my perrin crank pulley, and i wanted to hear comments on guys running this. are the stock belts holding out for you folks?? thanks in advance 4 the replies tell me what you think likes and dislikes....

 

I've had this on my car for about 2 years.. still on the same belt. Since it's 98% of the orig. size it doesn't over drive the accessories. Weights about 1.2 lbs compare to the stock which is about 7lbs if I remember correctly.

The good.....engine revs up much quicker... and car feels more torquy.

The bad..... costs money.. =)

highly recommended first mod; inexpensive and issue-free

quicker increase in rpm and the car seems to be smoother when accelerating

also recommend changing your IC pipe; inexpensive to buy, easy to install, and a totally reliable and issue-free performance gain

 

thanks, the perrin does as advertised. i heard other brands may shorten engine life??

 

yep like 808 said perrin does what is says. I have a few parts they make including the crank pully and everything fits and works great.
