16g swap

hey guys currently I'm running a vf39 but i was wondering if it would be possible to run a stock evo 9 turbo aka 16g. Would this just bolt right on? and how much more gain would I expect to get? TIA

Jake, you won't be able to run the stock EVO 9 turbo eventhough it is a 16G, but the inlet and outlet have different setup from the EVO. You can always get the deadbolt, slowboy, turbocharger or blouch turbo 16G for your WRX, but you have to retune it tho due to different character, spool time and flow rate of the 16G.

You Cant Bolt That One Up But Buy The 16g For The Wrx But Your Almost Going To Get The Same Numbers You Have Now Maybe A Little More Power But Not Much If I Were You I Would Get The Vf 34 Its A Ball Bearing Turbo And It Makes More Power Than The 16g

The EVO turbo actually spins in the opposite direction than the td05h sold for the subarus..... you can make any turbo fit any car (even a lawnmower) if you know how to weld.
