1/4 Mile times for WRX

There is this guy that thinks that he can run 12's in his WRX. Is this possible with the following mods?

3 inch Turbo back exhaust - catless
3 inch uppipe
manual boost controler at 18 psi on the stock turbo.

I don't this it is but then again I am not an expert.

Tell him to turn the boost back down to 16.5 until he gets real engine management. In the meantime he should be in the mid to high 13s.

I know I have read that anything over 16psi is dangerous. He says it is on 16, yet today because of the colder air he said he was pushing 18 the whole time.

dont believe the hype a 3in up pipe would lose to much back pressure and velocity.

The turine inlet is 45mm, so anything bigger than that is costing you spool but still not gaining top end. There's a reason all uppipes look about the same size.

So... I have the following:

vishnu turbo back, dual tip (not signature series)
K@N pannel filter
Cobb state 2 reflash, V1.08
93 octane fuel, 40 degrees F on average

What 1/4 mile time should I be putting up? All the darn tracks are closed here, cause it already snowed a bit. Beat.

mid to high 13s...more likely mid...and to reiterate the above post...fuel cut is at 17.1psi or there abouts so if your man is at 18psi either hes lying to you about his shizzle or hes just a moron jk...i think
