02 WRX mods...how much horsepower should i have?
Hey guys whats goin on...well i own a 02 wrx and the current mods i have are
VF22 IHI turbo
custom down pipe
custom up pipe
HKS cat back exaust
HKS intake
silicone hosing
STI injectors
walbro fuel pump
ekutek tuning
MRT top mount intercooler ( for a sleeper look )
boosting about 1.4 bars
and many more interior and exterior mods, but with the engine mods i have right now i was wondering how much power would be an ideal number? I have had it dyno at Easystreet motorsports and their dyno machine read about 300 to the wheels? is that abt right?

My guess to the wheels you have somewhere around 295WHP with a good tank of gas. But make sure you always run good gas in that thing or else it will run poopy ! And be careful with our transmissions, I was running 255 through mine and a bearing went, so you might want to beef yours up in some way with all that power.

On Vishnu's dyno (DynoDynamics) you should be at 280-290. The gas I was refering to would be 76 91octane, if you want to run 100 octane all the time, have your car mapped for it. Cheers
