i totally agree with that. a rear sway bar with endlinks can be had for under $300. then get better tires (with or without larger rims)!

300 . . . ish, lol, so save an extra month or so and get em, they're just a bit over $100 each, well worth it, Goodyear Eagle F1's are supposed to be pretty good too

No need mods.
Get some driving classes.
Rex is a good car out of the box. Learn to drive it at 8 or 9/10.
That's what I would do.
