yes it is a tight budget. but if u need directions on how to do an uppipe installation just go to www.scoobymods.com
and yes i would agree that an uppipe is definately the best bang for the buck since u only have $200.00 bucks

well i wouldn't get a MBC unless you have the boost gauge. If i were you i would say uppipe also, its good to get rid of that cat. But since you seem new to the boards that might be hard to install since it's your first mod and it is one of the harder ones to do. If you don't do uppipe than i would say get some IC hoses, mpjperformance has great deals on the samco kit for $120.
