wrx 02 high rpm hesitation

I am getting a bad hesitation around 4000 rpm, I am getting normal boost, but it feels like the system is starving for fuel, my fuel pressure is good, and there are no codes,could it be the cam or crank sensor acting up, I put my scope on the sensor but I will like to see what a good sensor looks like, the inj pulse width goes up and down and is never steady @ idle any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

What gear are you in and are you at partial throttle or WOT when this happens? If you are in to high of a gear and and at partial throttle then you'll get that hesitation like everyone else.
I just got a Utec and I'm running a full stage 2 TXS setup and I'm having that same problem at partial and wot around 5000RPM. It's weird because I am doing data logging and I'm getting any knock to cause my timming getting pulled back. I sent my logs down to Turbo xs and I'll let you know any info they give me if it's useful to you.

im not sure if this really works, but some iclubbers have mentioned that doing the grounding mod helped or completely
eliminated that.

again, use this info at your descression as i do not have
a hesitation problem on my car. im also using utec, but
stage1 on a map i modified a little bit. i use to have hesitation
once in a while at wot before the utec
