who is getting the Accessport?

I would like to hear how people like it. I am also spending my tax return on my car. My 04 is currently stock, and the reflash will be the second thing I will do. The first is the Valentine 1.
How much will the thing cost? I read before that it was supposed to be around $500 or so, but then i heard it went up. I couldn't find the description anymore on the cobb website.

$555 shipped if you don't have access ecu....$160 shipped if you do. you WILL be able to custom tune with a street tuner version (costs extra though). check out the cobbtuning site / accessport thread. if you order now, you may be looking at delivery in late march/april. if you wait until release date (almighty god willing end of this month!) you wont get it until the hundreds of pre orders are filled. plan accordingly! Yahooooooooooooooo!

I don't think the street tuner version is out yet for preorder, but it is supposed to be around 1000 when it is ready. You can call Cobb Tuning to preorder, find number at www.cobbtuning.com

SHIP DATE
The first batch of AccessPORTs are scheduled to begin shipping on Feb 27th. They will be shipped based on the date the order was received beginning with the oldest. We will be shipping as many as possible daily but due to the sheer volume of orders received thus far, it will take several weeks for all backorders to be fulfilled. We expect to have all current backorders shipped by mid-March.
If you have an AccessPORT on order, you will be contacted 24-48 hours before the order is shipped to confirm. You are welcome to call or email us to check where you are at on the list but please keep in mind that this will both slow down the process of fulfilling the orders and that we may not be able to give you an accurate estimate until after Feb. 27th.

NEW PRICING
Due to manufacturing costs that were above and beyond our original quotes for production, the price of the AccessPORT has to be increased to $595. The price of the upgrade for current AccessECU owners will now be $200.
It is extremely regretful to be forced to increase the price, but due to the cost of the raw materials required for production, we were left with no choice.
As a gesture of goodwill, we will continue to offer the AccessPORTs at the introductory price of $555 ($160 upgrade) until April 1st at which time the price will increase. Any orders placed before April 1st will receive the introductory pricing.
Again, while it is regretful that the price must be increased, we still feel as though it represents a remarkable value consider the functionality and convenience it provides.
