There is no such thing as a "chip" for WRX. 
Cool thing about Subaru aftermarket is its competiveness.
You got many many options.
From piggy-backs to re-flashes to standalones. They have it all.
There are a number of great (and not so great) companies that offer the products and tuning services. Best thing to do is to do your own research, read up on the old posts and figure out what you want and who you want to have it do for you. Othewise, there are followers of different tuners here that will try to sway you their way. Some for a reason, some for no reason. Last thing you want is to be swayed in the wrong direction.
