Vishnu Stage Zero Question
Hello All,
New here. Gotta a 2002 WRX. Had it since 2002, but have just started to mod. Just bought a Xede from Dan @ subydude (haven't installed it yet). Thanks Dan!
I've done some searching but can't seem to find any topics related to this topic.
I'm going to run the sub zero program for a while, but of course I'm now looking at the next stage. My question is: can I use any up-pipe/pulley combination or does it have to be the exact parts Vishnu sells? Reason I ask is because I plan to buy parts used and can get a better deal if I can choose from several different manufacturers. Will the Vishnu Stage Zero program still work as designed with different up-pipe/pulleys?
Thanks.

You should be able to use any uppipe. I would suggest one with a flex joint.
The pulley adds such a miniscule amount of power I doubt using a non-Vishnu one would make a difference.

I had the Vishnu pulley on my 02 wagon as part of the Stage Zero kit and I dynoed the car with and without the pulley and there was no difference in power, torque, or spool up.
