TurboXS UTEC vs Cobb AP

Okay, so I'm seriously investing in a Engine management System. I was about 80% certain I'd get a Cobb AP. But then I found this TurboXS UTEC for a reasonable amount. So tell me, what's the difference between the two? I read up all I could regarding the UTEC, but I got kind of confused. How does it compare to the Cobb AP in terms of usability and installation and tuning?

COBB AP, more popular in the bay area... More COBB TUNERS in the bay area. TURBO XS IS ghey. . .COBB is way easier to install!

not the best you couldnt adjust timing by cyl. i didnt like that

comparing it to my stand alone it was alot easier though and the car ran better on it

So you would say it worked better on your car? How were the performance gains?
