I am in need of some help here in trying to figure out what's wrong with my ap. First of all I've had my ap version 2.0 for about 2 to 3 yrs now and I'm just now installing the new firmware off of cobb's site. I have unistalled the map off of my ecu and now I've been trying to update the latest firmware. This is where I'm at now:

BTW I'm using firmware 1.1.4.2

Update window screen:
Status: Identifying AccessPORT.
Status: Communicating with AccessPORT.
Status: Checking AccessPORT state.
Status: Finding firmware update.
Status: Checking for new firmware version
Status: Loading update utility.
Status: Loading update firmware.
Status: Initializing firmware update.

ITEM PROGRESS BAR keeps going, but the TOTAL PROGRESS BAR is barely hitting the halfway mark.

I have a feeling that I'll be ending sending back the ap back to cobb and they might have to fix it. If anyone had similar problems and new how to fix it please let me know. TIA.

From the AP Manager have you tried running the "Repair a Firmware Update"? Under the HELP tab....
