A Tale of two Tuners

I need help, I'm a little confused. See being in Southern California I have too many tuners to choose from.

I have a 2002 Subaru Wrx that has an Ecutek. I'm planning on installing a new set of injectors (550cc), fuel pump (255lh), and turbo (VF23). But who to do the tuning? I'm looking at Easystreet and XS-Engineering. I have been a long time costumer of ESX and have had nothing but good things to say about Ali. But at the same time XS is giving me a killer deal on install and tuning. My plan for the car is to make it well balanced between straight line acceleration and track, while retaining some civility on the streets. So what do you guys think, XS or ESX? Thanks for the help.

Edit: P.S, how do you guys feel about running an AVC-R w/ the Ecutek. Have one instaleed, but disconnected the AVC-r solenoid and connected the factory. Doesn't seem to boost as well as it did w/ the AVC-R. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
