Question Sub Zero?

Hey, has anyone tried Vishnu's Sub Zero Reflash? Other than a Prodrive exhaust, my 03 WRX is stock. I'm interested in a little more power, but I don't want to go crazy. I need for the car to be reliable.

I would love to hear from someone that has had the reflash.

Thanks,

C

When you asked about the SubZero reflash back in February, Buzzman answered it pretty well. Scroll down in that earlier thread for his reply.

I have the Stage Zero reflash, which is similar to the SubZero but with the addition of an underdrive pulley and a catless uppipe. Noticeable improvement of midrange torque and stronger top end power. Great driveability. No drawbacks whatsoever as my car has been reliable since the reflash back in (IIRC) March 2003.

Fuel economy is unaffected under normal cruise conditions. Before the Stage Zero, I was able to get 28 to 29 miles per gallon, but recently I achieved just over 30 mpg under steady state cruise conditions on the freeway at between 60 and 65 mph.

Where are you located? I am guess you are saying vishnu since they offer you to ship your ecu.

If you are anywhere in California or nevada, I would highly recommend EcuTek or a custom Cobb AP tune from either Gruppe-S, or EQ Tuning. They both do excellent work, and you really get the best bang for your buck from custom engine management.
