Spf#5 fuse keeps blowing

Changed stock pipes to perrin up and down pipe on 05 wrx wagon. spf#5 fuse keeps blowing. Car will run for sometimes for 10 minutes then blow and sometimes only for 5 seconds then blow. Does anybody know what the spf#5 is for. Installed 2 cel fixes. I wonder if it has anything to do with that. The mechanical cel fix on the down pipe barely clears and is touching the car underbody. Maybe the wire got pinched? Installed a resistor for the down pipe. What about that? Can a resistor go bad and blow a fuse? Thanks for any help..

Where is that fuse. Subaru released some tech tip about the rear seat pushing one the fuel pump power supply wire and it grounds it out causing the FB (fast blow) fuse #5 to pop. I think it only applies to sedans, but anything is possible.
