self tuning recommendations

I want to learn how self tune. What program do you suggest buying? Also what kind of computer should i purchase? Also anyone have any tips on were to go to learn or should I just start messing around with it?

I don't know much about self-tuning, but I know the Cobb AccessPort has a program available called StreeTuner that lets you tune it yourself. Compared to other programs, however, I am not sure how it stacks up.

I dont know either about self tunning, try and search anyone in your town with your same set-up (engine management) and learn like that, you dont want to do something to it and have to regret it later...just my 2 cents...
