running stock ECU on my setup....

i'm thinking about running stock ecu on my setup:

upgraded turbo
upgraded injectors
Fully catless exhaust system
short ram intake
crank pulley

I'm planning on running stock boost.

what issues can i expect having?

Probably Cat Ineffiency would be one code that you would throw. Maybe misfiring from the pulley. Other than that, the ECU would be able to compensate for almost everything.
