ProEcm Problems

Installed a proecm the other day and I get a CEL after about a mile. It basically throws me into limp mode and I can't rev past 4500 rpms. So I thought it was me using a bolt as a ground. Now I used one of th ground wires as a ground and it compelted the circuit, cept when I turn off the car the ecm still has power. So any idea what is going on with my proecm? oh ya, and this is on a 00 rs.

Use the ECU power wire to power the ProECM... and use the ECU ground wire for the ground, and when you turn the car off, after like, 5 seconds... the proecm should turn off.

I'm running it on a 1999... it's nearly flawless... my only issue is a 1500rpm idle when it'd cold, and i drive it without letting it warm up at idle/start up.
