Please help!!!! OBD Code: (P0303)

Hey all. I had a little issue come up yesterday and I have been looking around i-club for answers. I recently got a check engine light come on and the blinking cruise. It came on after I had got on it pretty good from 2nd into 3rd. It might also help to know that when i forst got my access port all cell light issues went away for a while about 3 months. But i got this new clutch installed last friday and i really didnt get on it in the break in period. But now that i felt it had been broken in i got on it. And thats when this check engine light came on.
05 STi - Here is my mod list:

3" Greddy SP2 Catback Exhaust System
Koyo Aluminum Racing Radiator
Exedy Stage 2 Cermetallic Clutch
ACT Streetlight Flywheel
Cobb Access Port (Custom Dyno Tune and Base Map)
K&N Typhoon Short Ram Intake
NGK Irridium Spark Plugs

Now i pulled the code off of my ECU with my access port and reset the ECU. Havent driven yet after the reset. But i recently installed the clutch and the lightweight flywheel. Now the code is a misfire on sparkplug # 3. Is it neccessary to reset your ECU after a clutch and flywheel are installed? Or is dyno needed after every new part is added? I have an appointment with mike at gruppe-s tomorrow so hopefully he can figure it out. But i was just wandering if anybody has a similar setup and has had this problem.

So my question is. Did this light come on because of the new clutch and flywheel install or is it just coincedence?

BTW i have 56K on the car.

Any feedback will help. Thanks guys in advance.

Later,

Eli

clutch isn't related to sparkplugs, so it's probably something that just happened, you know s*** breaks and whatnot.

At first I would think that your new flywheel flipped the CEL. It has been known to happen when you go too light...but...you own an STi and that's very rare for it to happen on those cars. It usually only happens on WRX's with lightened flywheels, and it usually only happens if you go with, say, a Prolite fly (9.5lbs). Streelites don't flip CEL's very often. It has something to do with the cam sensor on the WRX, but the STi has 2 sensors (or 1, and the WRX has 2)...anyways, the STi is usually not prone to this problem.

I've just started getting them too. I cleared it out and put about 4k miles on it and it came back. Plugs maybe? not sure. No new mods, just kinda random.
