Most Tuners cant due Open ECU now because sumthin about a contract I believe with only tuning with the Cobb AP.

I mean open ECU is badass cuz thats how my tune was, saves buyin the AP, but to go to a real name tuner, most wont tune unless you got a AP. Atleast thats what I heard. Dont know 100%

there is alot of help out there and you can post here as always

it takes time to learn what you are doing and how to make power

a bad tune is a bad tune, doesn't matter what technology you use to make that tune!

There is the same amount of risk using an open ecu base map(xpt etc.) as a cobb base map. Open ecu doesn't blow motors, stupid people do. Its not a huge risk if A)you know what your doing, B) have someone tune the car that knows what they are doing. Techincaly cobbs street tuning software allows you to do the same thing as open ecu except it costs a whole lot more than open ecu.

Btw i've been running open ecu for like 30k miles and my motor hasn't blown up.

OP i believe ssautoconcepts tunes open ecu.
