The OEM ECU should de-tune the car based on whats available.... for the most part. However, as noted in the owners manual, 91 octane is the lowest recommended.

To more effectively reduce your octane requirement, you may want to buy a boost controller.

You can permantly turn boost down as low as 8-9 psi (wastegate spring pressure), which will effectively reduce the octane requirement.... but also make the car slow as poop...

Other than that, you'll spend way too much money to just make your car slow...
